Light yellow-greens and fiery red shades take up the majority of the upper’s real estate, a direct nod to the shades of pickled peppers and the liquids they’re brined in. There’s special textures to be seen on quarter panels and Swooshes alike, but the upper’s most notable detail is present on the lateral heel: a special two-tone embroidered logo that shows a pepper and a fish.
Red PG hits are present on the tongue, and thickly-padded heels add a tonal tab for ease of entry and removal. Insoles boast an all-over pepper print for a direct nod to the shoe’s moniker, and sit directly above Nike Basketball‘s full-foot Air Dot Weld strobel for soft-yet-responsive on court cushioning.
