This update to the iconic silhouette features an elastic gore insert along the tongue that offers a snug, secure slip-on fit, giving consumers the option to ditch their laces.
First introduced in 2021, the TURBODRK Chuck 70 follows Rick Owens’ practice of confident contortion of cultural signifiers, which is reflected in his decision to bend and reshape Converse’s iconic canvas shoe. This process incorporates up to 40 percent reclaimed and reused rubber scraps from Converse’s footwear manufacturing process back into the outsole.
Should you buy a size down in Converse?
The Converse website recommends customers size down in their All Star and Chuck 70 silhouettes however we would still recommend staying true to size. Unless you have narrow feet, we don’t recommend sizing down in Converse.
