This Air Jordan 3 ‘Lucky Green’ edition adds to the silhouette’s long lineage of green-themed shoes, joining the ranks of the “Chlorophyll” and “Pine Green” releases.
the shoe keeps to its classic colour blocking with the traditional white upper and elephant print panels. The Jumpman on the tongue seeks the usual red embroidery that has been a key element on other classic Air Jordan 3s, such as the “True Blue” and “Cement” colourways.
The 3’s iconic elephant print arrives at the mudguard and heel counter while the off-white “Sail” color dresses the Air-infused midsole. A grey Jumpman logo arrives at the heel while a red one can be spotted at the tongue. As for its titular hue, the jolly green finds itself at the lacing system, hangtag and heel portion of the midsole, completing the look.

Are Air Jordan 3 Good For Basketball?
One could play basketball in an Air Jordan 3, however it is inadvisable when compared to more advanced modern basketball sneakers available. Today’s tech surpasses that of the 80s and 90s with respect to sports performance.
I would put the Air Jordan 3 strictly in the casual category. While one could theoretically hoop in some retro Js, this is nowhere near ideal. I find walking in the Air Jordan 3 is ok, as long as you don’t overdo it. A few miles at a time is fine though.
